On October 7, 2008, "Ningbo Daxie Development Zone Hengqin Electrical Appliance Factory" was established. The factory is located in Room 202, Building 2#, Standard Workshop, Xiexi Industrial Zone, Daxie Development Zone. It is mainly engaged in the production of baby hair clippers, which is the embryonic form of "Yunbao Electrical Appliances".

On November 21, 2008, the first brand of "Hengqin", "Yunbao lukbaby" was born, which means Hengqin has made a major change from an OEM factory to a branded self-produced and self-sold product.

On February 25, 2011, after 3 years of stable development, a considerable market reputation has been established. "Hengqin Electrical Factory" is no longer satisfied with the previous production scale. In order to meet the more demanding and faster production requirements, Ningbo Daxie Development Zone Beiqin Electric Co., Ltd. came into being. The plant was moved to the south end of the second floor of Building 2, No. 29 Xinyi Road, Daxie Development Zone, with a plant area of 28,000 square meters.

In November 2011, the "Beiqi beingtrim" brand was born, becoming a major force for Pigeon to enter the second and third-tier offline markets in China.

On March 27, 2012, Ningbo Yinghan Electrical Technology Co., Ltd. was established with Pigeon as the production base in order to enter the online sales segmentation market. Yinghan, as an early domestic trading platform for Pigeon, is the contact window between the Pigeon brand and the market. Since then, Pigeon has further developed towards specialization, integration and branding. After the continuous development and growth of core members, Yinghan further set up a sub-rudder in Hangzhou in 2019, and has since embarked on the broad road of e-commerce operations. On May 28, 2013, Ningbo Xinying (singyin) brand was registered and established at No. 29, Xinyi Road, Daxie Development Zone, Ningbo City. It is a professional manufacturer of small household care tools such as household hair clippers and pet shaving devices.

In 2016, the industry's first fully automated production line of Industry 4.0 was introduced to further improve production efficiency, capacity flexibility and product quality. It is an excellent OEM and ODM manufacturing plant.

On June 26, 2017, Ningbo Hongying Trading Co., Ltd. was established in order to meet the growing demand for foreign trade. Since then, the "minannan" brand has been registered in 2019 to provide salaried workers with high-quality and low-cost baby hair clippers.

On March 22, 2018, Ningbo Yikexin Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. was registered and established to engage in the R&D and sales of small home appliance control panels. In the same year, we produced and sold more than 3 million sets of various electric clippers.

On April 25, 2018, Ningbo Belki Maternal and Infant Products Co., Ltd. was registered and established. Its brand is "Sonaer y-sona", which provides high-quality and inexpensive feeding electrical products.

On May 8, 2019, in order to enter the pet market, Ningbo Xiaxia Trading Co., Ltd. was established, and the trademark registration of its brand "lingzoo" was completed, selling high-quality and inexpensive pet scissors and other pet peripheral products.

In May 2019, Pigeon’s first independent brand "Yunbao" was successfully registered in the United States, which means Pigeon has officially entered the international market.
